Helican fans series EM

EM series helical fans is ideal if there is the necessity of a great air flow.  

The propeller is self cleaning in order to earn the maximum efficiency. Fan’s structure and the woven-wire are made of strong galvanized sheet iron, while the propeller with 6 blades is available in inox steel, statically and dynamically balanced in order to minimize the vibrations and the noise.

The propeller is attached to a large v-belt pulley, in which is embedded a double ball bearing protected against water. The transmission was studied in order to guarantee maximum performances with a low number of turns and maximum silence. The zinc-coated shutter has a centrifugal system of opening that avoids the accidental closing and its opening is subordinated to the working of the fan.
